Everyone knows how your home can look after the builders have left. This after builders clean includes a team of cleaners, materials, and equipment, and covers the following:

•  Kitchen - clean inside/outside cupboards, oven, fridge, microwave; clean surfaces, floor, cooker top, clean and de-scale sink, clean inside window, skirting, switches, door, frame.

•  Living room/Bedrooms/Hall/Stairs - vacuum/mop floors, dust and polish all surfaces, clean mirrors, inside windows, skirting, switches, doors/frame.

• Bathroom - scrub and disinfect toilet, clean and de-scale bath & shower, shower door and tiles, scrub and de-scale sink and taps, clean mirrors, mop floor, and clean door.

If you prefer to supply your own materials and equipment our hourly after builders cleaning rate is £10 per hour per cleaner.

As a rough guide a one bedroom property requires 8 man hours; two bedroom requires 9 man hours; three bedroom requires 10 man hours; and a four bedroom requires 12 man hours for an after builders clean.
